About Us

This beautiful property has been in our family for over 60 years. It was used as farming land for merino sheep, they were descendants from the first Merino sheep that were brought to Australia. They were bred over many years to have superfine wool that could be used in fine woolen suits.

There were dairy cows used for the milk and cream which was separated on the property and picked up once a week by the dairy, also chickens were bread for the eggs and meat. It is currently used as a White Suffolk sheep stud that roam the property.

Grampians Old Man Emu Stay is a lovely place for caravans and motorhomes to stay for awhile to relax and unwind.
